Digital Delivery Policy
AtlasFiles is delivered digitally. No physical product is shipped.
1. Application download
The macOS and Windows installers are available immediately from the downloads page. You may install the application and use the local 7-day File Library trial without providing a payment method.
2. Subscription activation
After you authorize a monthly or yearly subscription through Razorpay, AtlasFiles waits for verified payment-provider confirmation before activating paid access. This normally completes within a few minutes. A browser success screen or URL parameter alone is not treated as proof of payment.
3. Account delivery
Subscription access is linked to the AtlasFiles account used at checkout. Sign in with that account in the app to activate an eligible device. No license key is sent by email.
4. Delays and failed delivery
If access is not visible within 15 minutes after a successful charge, check Account > Billing and then contact support@atlasfiles.in from your account email. Include the approximate payment time; do not send card or bank credentials.
